This service is aimed specifically at customers who need quick help for critical systems outside of our support conditions. Should you have any problems with the actual product itself, we are of course available to you free of charge via forum or ticket.
If we cannot solve the problem, there are of course no costs! The service is carried out within 3 days of placing the order.
This service includes the following:
- Error analysis
- Correction of the cause of the error in the following areas
- Server error (if root access to the server exists)
- TSI installation
- Administration interfaces (e.g. Plesk)
- Final quality assurance measures
Additional services subject to a charge:
- Express surcharge for early execution within 24 hours of placing the order (+ 50%)
- Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge for very large orders after prior agreement
