What payment methods are accepted?

The following payment methods are currently generally available: PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, credit card, transfer, Giropay, eps transfer, Przelewy24 and Alipay. Since subscriptions and memberships are recurring payments, only the payment methods PayPal, Sofortüberweisung and credit card are available.

Where can I view orders that have already been placed?

All orders are displayed under the menu item "My account> Orders". In addition to the information about the orders, you will also find the corresponding invoice there.

When do I get my invoice?

After placing an order, you will first receive an order confirmation by email. This process serves only to confirm the receipt of your order and does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. The purchase contract is concluded when the respective payment amount is received and the order is accepted by sending you another email with the notification that your order has been activated. After activation, you will then receive a separate email with the invoice in PDF format.

How long does it take for my order to be activated?

The time between an order and activation can vary depending on the payment method. In principle, however, orders are only activated when the respective payment amount has been received. If you pay with PayPal, Sofortüberweisung or credit card, the activation is usually carried out immediately after the payment process by the respective service provider. With a transfer, the activation of your order takes about two to five working days.

Can I resell a license or transfer it to someone else?

In the case of licenses that do not constitute a subscription in the strictest sense, resale and free transfer are possible in principle. The corresponding license transfer can be initiated via the menu item "My account> Licenses> Transfer license" and is then checked and released by us. If the original licensee exercises his right to transfer the usage rights to a third party, he has to impose his contractual obligations on the third party. With the transfer, the rights of use of the original licensee expire. All existing copies of the software must be deleted.

What happens to my software when the rental license expires?

A short time after you cancel your subscription, the rental license expires and the application can no longer be used. Access to new versions and support also requires an active rental license. Rental licenses are generally offered in the form of subscriptions, which are automatically extended if there is no termination within the respective period.
