How can I change the domain my license is bound to?

    In order to prevent misuse of licenses, it is unfortunately necessary that changes to the domains or resetting of the domain binding are carried out by the support team. Regularly changing a domain per customer per month is completely legitimate, but everything that goes beyond that is decided on a case-by-case basis. To change the domain, proceed as follows:

    • Switch to the page of your license overview using the menu items "My account> Licenses"
    • First copy the respective serial number of the license whose domain you want to change to the clipboard (CTRL + C)
    • Below the list of all licenses you will find the area with the heading "Request domain change", click on the "Fill out form" button (see screenshot)
       

    • Another window now opens. Now copy the serial number from the clipboard into the specified field (CTRL + V), enter the new domain and send the form
       

       
    • After the domain change has been approved and implemented by us, you will receive a corresponding notification in your user account.
