In order to prevent misuse of licenses, it is unfortunately necessary that changes to the domains or resetting of the domain binding are carried out by the support team. Regularly changing a domain per customer per month is completely legitimate, but everything that goes beyond that is decided on a case-by-case basis. To change the domain, proceed as follows:
- Switch to the page of your license overview using the menu items "My account> Licenses"
- First copy the respective serial number of the license whose domain you want to change to the clipboard (CTRL + C)
- Below the list of all licenses you will find the area with the heading "Request domain change", click on the "Fill out form" button (see screenshot)
- Another window now opens. Now copy the serial number from the clipboard into the specified field (CTRL + V), enter the new domain and send the form
- After the domain change has been approved and implemented by us, you will receive a corresponding notification in your user account.
